International Journal of I.C. Engines and Gas Turbinesis a peer-reviewed journal has wide range of discipline under it and is designed to publish articles that cover current advances in the ever-growing field of combustion engines. Journal always encourage authors to provide summary of their recent work as well as reviews of the research that was and is of significant importance. Journal broadly covers Two stroke, four stroke, six stroke engines, steam turbines and turbine engine failure.
All contributions to the journal are rigorously refereed and are selected on the basis of quality and originality of the work. The journal publishes the most significant new research papers or any other original contribution in the form of reviews and reports on new concepts in all areas pertaining to its scope and research being done in the world, thus ensuring its scientific priority and significance.

- Two-Stroke, Four-Stroke, Five-Stroke, and Six-Stroke Engines: Six-stroke cycle with water injection and steam expansion, exhaust heat recovery, acetylene-fueled engines, engine efficiency and performance.
- Ignition and Combustion: Spark-ignition and compression-ignition engines, dual-fuel and gaseous fuel operation, hydrogen and ammonia as fuels, diesel combustion, flame development, in-cylinder heat flux, transient heat transfer.
- Engine Cycles and Thermodynamic Modeling: Finite-time thermodynamics, reciprocating heat-engine cycles, quasi-dimensional engine models, thermodynamic cycle models, turbulent flame propagation, performance optimization.
- Wankel Rotary Engines and Alternative Configurations: Gasoline and hydrogen-fueled Wankel engines, hydrogen enrichment, lean operating limits, asynchronous ignition, emissions.

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, case studies, and short communications summarizing recent work. Electric drivetrains, and vehicle design with no engine or turbine component, are out of scope. The journal serves automotive, aerospace, and power plant engineers, combustion and propulsion researchers, engine and turbine manufacturers, and graduate students.
