Abstract: The SnO2 nanoparticle was synthesised by sol-gel method and sonication technique. SnO2 nanoparticle using Aristolochia bracteolata leaf Extract. Aristolochia bracteolata is a shrup distributed in India, this family Aristolochiaceae, it is used in the medicine. The nanoparticle was characterized by HR-SEM with (EDX), (HR-TEM), XRD analysis, photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) and UV-Vis DRS.
