Abstract: ABSTRACT: The project proposes constructing an underground tunnel from wai (jor) to pratapgad to address acute traffic congestion, regular road accidents, and long travel time on present mountainous roads. The present highway, with its steep curves and ascents, fails to support growing vehicular movement, resulting in traffic congestion and safety hazards, especially during peak tourist periods.
