Abstract

This article is study of molecular electronics to circumvent usual scope, as of, lithographically adjective constitutive proclaim. Molecular electronics has been interdisciplinary study among physics, chemistry, and material science. Ethical has been to unify feature as molecular building block fabricate to assign as electronic components. Lithographic removal of bulk has reticulated synergism under miniature scope scheme i.e., growing individual molecular block by chemical process. Thus, top-down lithography has substitutive apt of act by bottom-up fashion of molecular growth on substrate. Descriptive issued transitional scope score has reticulated organization of atomic entity to construct synergistic appraisal as resistor, capacitor, transistor, etc. State of motion of electron in electrostatic field has created by stationary nuclei, which has subscriptive issued methodical electronic structure. In other words, molecular electronics has aimed to use molecules as working component, given by, wire, diode, transistor, and logic and memory element. Descriptive issued scope has suggested methodical as alternative to solid-state semiconductor technology.
