Abstract

To improve the efficiency of the power distribution network, this article suggests a novel IoTarchitecture for monitoring and managing distribution system of transformers. The framework entailsinstalling sensors and other devices that capture important operational indicators and transmit theinformation to an IoT platform. A created web application can be used to control transformeroperation using the framework's alerts and commands. Continuous monitoring, prompt notifications, longer transformer lifespan, streamlined troubleshooting, and enhanced customer service are benefitsofthis approach.
