Synthesis and Characterization of Nanostructured LaNiO3
Abstract: In this world synthesis of LaNiO3 have been carried out by co-precipitation method respectively. Powder x-ray diffraction studies confirmed the formation of rhombohedral LaNiO3. LaNiO3 is known to have rhombohedrally distorted perovskite structure, and the lattice parameters of the rhombohedral unit cell and the pseudocubic unit cell are a = 5.46¡ and ¢ = 60.8o and a = 3.84Å respectively. The superconductivity in these oxides is a novel phenomenon, even …

The new method of composite materials production
Abstract: The existing methods for production, for example, polymer composite materials: the pressing (direct, injection, profile), the injection molding (injection, intrusion, centrifugal molding, and autoclaving), the extrusion, the pultrusion, the contact molding, the winding, vacuum molding and pneumatic molding do not permit to reach the main goal of the production of unique composite materials with a basis (matrix) filled by uniformly distributed filler (armoured element), having high strength and rigidity. The …

Synthesis of NiCo2O4 by Hydrothermal Method
Abstract: The synthesis of NiCo2O4 have been carried out by hydrothermal method. Powder x-ray diffraction studies confirmed the formation cubic NiCo2O4. Nickel cobaltite are high in electrical conductivity and has two richer electroactive sites. To some extent, NiCo2O4 is playing an important role in complementing or replacing electrode materials based on NiO, Co3O4 and RuO2 in energy storage field.

A Review on Carbon Nanotubes
Abstract: Carbon nanotubes (CNTs), one of the unique one-dimensional nanomaterials, have gained great attention because of their specific characters, versatile functionalization chemistry, and biological compatibility in the past few decades. In this paper author tried to discuss some important features, different types of CNTs, synthesis methods, purification techniques, some properties and application of the CNTs in various sectors. At last there is conclusion and some scope for research work is also …
