Predicting the Team Based on Player Performance and Formation in Sports Match by Machine Learning Approach
Abstract: In the field of sports evaluation of player performance and predicting the weight of the player for the formation of a well efficient team is very important. The main aim is to pick the best squad from all the available players. This will help to decide which team of players is the best to play against a particular opponent, perform prediction of the performance of the players in future matches …

Genetic Algorithm for Automatic Generation and Optimization of Course Timetable
Abstract: Creating a timetable is a very complex problem with multi-dimensional data. Generating these timetables manually comprises of various rounds of adjustments, to make the solution more gratifying. In this project a system will be proposed which produces an excellent solution for the timetabling problem. Here, the system will take various inputs from the users and produce the weekly timetable as output for them.

Book Recommendation System Using Item-based Collaborative Filtering Technique and Cosine Similarity
Abstract: The quality of generated recommendations in collaborative filtering recommendation algorithms is determined by how accurately the similarity is calculated. There are multiple ways to improve the accuracy of similarity calculation. All the methods include calculation of user-ratings matrix, user-attribute matrix and item-attribute matrix. Collaborative filtering has two approaches namely user-based Collaborative Filtering and item-based collaborative filtering. This paper discusses item-based collaborative filtering using cosine similarity for determining similar items.

Analysis of EEG Signal for Brain Computer Interface
Abstract: Brain-computer interface (BCI) frameworks causes a subject to issue commands to an electronic device just by methods for brain activity. EEG has wide applications in the brain-computer interface (BCI) systems. Sadly, the spatial resolution of EEG is very low, because of the volume conduction. While measuring signals related to motor movements various artefacts also get added. We have studied pre-processing techniques and classification techniques which improve performance. While there are …
