DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF ITERATED STAR SHAPED STAR SLOTTED FRACTAL ANTENNA
Abstract: In this paper, A Novel star shaped iterated fractal antenna with circular slot in midway is proposed. Proposed antenna is very small in size and ground of antenna also defected by cutting approximately half PEC material. In this proposed antenna number of iterations has been applied. This proposed Antenna is simulated by CST-MWS (Computer Simulation Technology – Microwave Studio) and different simulated results are analyzed. The self similarity property of …

Study on Polarization Reconfigurable Patch Antennas
Abstract: When we consider a microstrip patch antenna, the main important feature that is been emphasized in recent years is about polarization reconfigurability. These reconfigurable antennas are providing multiple degrees of freedom to the antenna designers because they are able to radiate in one or more polarization states. The detailed study made on polarization antennas are broadly classified into two types: simple feed structure and complex feed structure. Multiple polarizations reconfigurable …

A Novel Leaf Antenna Design for Ultra-Wideband Applications
Abstract: A novel printed leaf structured antenna for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications is designed in HFSS software, obtained results are presented. The radiating surface is cut like leaf shape over FR4 dielectric substrate backed finite ground plane and power is supplied with a 50 Ω microstrip line. The designed antenna operates over impedance bandwidth (2.9–11.6 GHz) for return loss S11 < 10 dB. The antenna also shows omni-directional radiation patterns and good …

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Research: A Literature Review(1995-2005)
Abstract: Scholastic exploration into radio frequency identification (RFID) has multiplied fundamentally throughout the most recent couple of years, to the point where journals are delivering unique issues on the subject. In this paper, we display a literature survey of 85 academic journal papers that were distributed on the subject somewhere around 1995 and 2005. We sort out these studies into four primary classes: mechanical issues, applications problems, arrangement and security issues, …

Effect of Electromagnetic Interference and Different Counter Techniques -Electromagnetic Compatibility
Abstract: Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) refers to any electromagnetic (EM) disturbance that intrudes, hinders, degrades or bounds the actual performance of a piece of electrical/electronic equipment, transmission channel, or other susceptible systems. It can occur in any part of the EM spectrum from frequencies of 0 Hz (d.c.) to 20 GHz or higher, but though utmost predominant in the radio frequency (RF) region. The electromagnetic environment is the significant part of the …
