Investigation of Thrust Bearing High Temperature in Gas Turbine
Abstract: Gas turbines in electric power generation and various industrial applications has made remarkable improvement in the current scenario in terms of size, efficiency and prominence. In order to maintain the sustainability of high level performance and increased reliability of the gas turbine, it has become mandatory to carryout in depth diagnostic methods and frame maintenance plans. This paper mainly concentrates on the analysis of the repeated tripping of gas turbine …

Electrochemical CO2 Reduction on Metal Electrodes
Abstract: Carbon dioxide is a probable carbon resource plentiful on earth. It is also a greenhouse gas with a rapidly increasing atmospheric concentration during the last two centuries. Carbon dioxide can be electrochemically reduced to useful products under mild conditions. However, the energy conversion efficiency is low that, may discourage practical application of CO2 reduction in the very near future. However, the significance of the CO2 reduction will be re-evaluated in …

Modern Approach for Sustainable Energy Conservation
Abstract: Sustainable Energy conservation is becoming a topic of great discussion day by day. In developing countries such as India, energy conservation is a big necessity for fulfilling the increasing demands owing to the huge population which is increasing at an exponential rate. Green chemistry is a novel and highly useful technology, initially introduced by the US government agency during the early 1990’s for conservation. It implies strategies and varying approaches …

Studies on Fuel potential of different generation biofuels
Abstract: Ever-increasing pressing issue has been to generate biofuel energy for transportation, food security etc. Our nation has been continuously laying efforts in this field to develop methods that can provide sustainable energy source that can fulfill the growing needs. Fossil fuels which were earlier the only source of energy production is now been replaced by various other sources including algal strains. The latter has come forward as an alternate to …
