In applications that need warming procedures, improved heat exchange will also significantly boost heat efficiency and reduce the expense of design and operation. Double tube heat exchangers are best suited for high temperature and high compression applications due to their simplify diameters. Although they are cheap, they disseminate to the other types in a comparatively large amount. A number of approaches were developed to accomplish the required heat transfer rate at a cost-effective pumping capacity within the heat exchanger’s defined design and operating time. Adding inserts to the pipe is the most often used and effective method for modifying heat exchangers. The functioning of an ANSYS tool for twin tube heat transfers with various inserts would be reviewed in this article.. By altering the insert the profiles, a comparison with the heat exchanger without helical, dimple, and triangle inserts will be made in order to determine the heat transfer rate, Re no, and temperatures spread along the pipe.
