International Journal of Evidence Based Nursing

Peer-Reviewed Hybrid, and Open Access  ISSN: Applied

About the Journal

International Journal of Evidence-Based Nursingis a peer reviewed healthcare journal, covering the field of evidence-based nursing. It is designed to alert practicing nurses to important and clinically relevant advances in treatment, diagnosis, etiology, and prognosis. Evidence based practice also provides opportunities for nursing care to be more individualized, more effective, streamlined, and dynamic. When evidence is used to define best practices rather than to support existing practices, nursing care keeps pace with the latest technological advances and takes advantage of new knowledge developments. Evidence-based nursing (EBN) is an approach for making quality decisions and providing nursing care based upon personal clinical expertise in combination with the most current, relevant research available on the topic. It’s a biannual journal, started in 2018.
