Characterization of Tesu Colour Dyeing on Excel Fibre and to Study the Effects of Caustic Treatment
Abstract: Tesu, the natural flower colour, was extracted in such way that the maximum colour yield can be obtained on textile fibre. The extracted Tesu colour was applied on excel, the third generation regenerated cellulosic fibre, at different pH, time, temperature and electrolyte concentration. The characterisation of Tesu colour dyeing on excel fibre was developed. Further, the effects of caustic soda treatment on dyeability of excel fibre with natural Tesu colour …

Exploring Aptamer Applications in Analytical Chemistry, Medicine, and Food Industry.
Abstract: Many studies have been conducted and a large number of isolated aptamers for different targets have been used since Ellington and Gold's independent description of aptamer and its in vitro selection method, known as SELEX, in 1990. With excellent binding affinity and selectivity, aptamers can bind to a variety of targets, such as haptens, small organic molecules, inorganic compounds, and even entire cells. Currently, aptamers for a large variety of …
