  Abstract: The pollution and global warming is due to air pollution. It is to be noted that air pollution is mainly caused by the toxic gases from the exhaust of the automobiles. Only 30% of the fuel is converted into energy source to run the engine remaining 70% of fuel is of un-burnt hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides.
