Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming modern healthcare, including nursing practice, by enhancing clinical decision-making, improving patient outcomes, and simplifying administrative tasks. The article also explains the benefits of AI in nursing, such as increased diagnostic accuracy, better time management, and easily accessible mental healthcare for nurses. However, there are drawbacks to using AI, including algorithmic bias, data privacy, moral dilemmas, and the possibility of care disassociation, all which are properly considered. The importance of finding a balance between technological advancement and basic humanity in nursing care is emphasized in the paper. To encourage collaboration and informed use, it also supports the inclusion of AI education in nursing curricula. There is a promising future in nursing as AI develops and is carefully integrated with human-centered, ethical, and legal principles.
