Abstract

Clinical nursing is one of the biggest role of nurse. Taking care of the patient and family is one of the divine service. Provision of the enhanced nursing care to the mankind is one of the challenge in the world. In this challenging and growing health care industry the nurse must have an adequate knowledge and skill is paramount. Professionalism play avital role in providing care to the patient and society. It is an ability of the nurse to deal with the minor and major aliments of the clients. To build up a professionalism in the nursing field it is to cultivate the culture of honesty, confidentiality, confidence, bravery, unselfishness, skilfulness, knowledgeable, values and proper standard. This all includes the professionalism. The nurses having a great mind of service to an individual and family. To reach the ultimate goal the nurse should have the quality and characteristics of professionalism.
