Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving procedure, particularly in cases of secondary cardiac arrest. The main reasons for studying CPR include its potential to save lives, prevent brain death, and address the increasing prevalence of medical conditions. As a result, CPR has become an important topic to study both now and in the future. The current research aimed to assess the knowledge and skills regarding CPR among B.Sc. nursing students at a selected nursing college in Virudhunagar. The study objectives were to evaluate the level of knowledge and skill in CPR, determine the association between knowledge and skills with selected demographic variables, and examine the correlation between knowledge and skills regarding CPR among B.Sc. nursing students. A purposive, non-probability sampling method was used to select 137 participants, and data was collected using a structured questionnaire and checklist. The major findings of the study were, among 137 samples, the majority of the students had moderately adequate knowledge about CPR 72(52.6%). And 65(47.4%) had inadequate knowledge about CPR. None of them had adequate knowledge about CPR. Majority of the students had moderately adequate skill 99(72.26%). 38(27.74%) students had inadequate skill. And none of them had adequate skill.
