Abstract
Electrical polarization is an essential phenomenon for material science, portraying the response of a material to the external electric field. This conceptual review has provided a model-based approach to understanding electrical polarization, The following elements as stated considered in this research, such as potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), scandium (Sc), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V) and chromium (Cr). Monitoring electrical polarization is the goal of this study. The electrical polarization model is the methodology employed in this study. This is a situation when a material becomes electrically polarized when the system develops a permanent dipole moment. Results were obtained using MATLAB simulation tool and pie charts and graphs were presented. Electrical polarization is a challenging issue that requires a multidisciplinary approach, to sum up. That delivers a thorough. Frame workfare understanding the calculation of polarizations, facilitating averments in material science and Engineering
