Background: A study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of a structured teaching program on the knowledge and practice of Mandala Art Therapy among adolescent girls in high school. Objective: The objectives of the study were to assess the baseline pre-test levels of knowledge and practice regarding Mandala art therapy, to evaluate the post-test knowledge and practice levels after the intervention, to determine the effectiveness of the structured teaching program in enhancing both knowledge and practice, and to explore the potential association between knowledge and practice scores with selected demographic variables among the adolescent girls. Method: The study on Mandala Art Therapy among adolescent girls used a simple random sampling technique in a high school at Kanpur city. The study sample consisted of 60 adolescent girls. The study used a pre-experimental research design. Result:Knowledge rose from 10.8 ± 2.4 to 16.2 ± 2.1 (t = 17.10, p < 0.001, d = 2.2); practice from 10.2 ± 1.9 to 14.1 ± 0.9 (t = 10.00, p < 0.001, d = 1.3). No demographic variable predicted gain. Conclusion: The structured teaching program significantly improved adolescent girls’ Mandala art knowledge and practice, with no existing link to demographics, thereby proving the STP was truly effective for 12–18-year-olds.
