Avian Pathogenic E. Coli Alters the Transcriptome Profile of the Liver in Broiler Chicks
Abstract: Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) causes different pathological conditions in chickens of all age groups. In the present study, the transcriptome profile of APEC infected liver samples and control birds was studied. We sequenced 12 liver RNA libraries generated from six APEC infected and control liver samples, respectively. The RNA Seq of the control and infected liver samples generated 10.64 to 13.80 million pair-end reads. Genes were detected as differentially …

Animal’s Body adaptive heat as per their Environment
Abstract: The temperature environment is the most significant ecological element influencing domestic animal growth, development, and productivity. Body weight, fat deposition, hair-coat qualities, functional activity, sweat gland count, and the existence or absence of anatomical respiratory countercurrent are all factors to consider. All these factors have a substantial influence on the pathways of energy exchange (sensible heat and latent heat) between animals and their surroundings. Heat exchange has been specialized because …

Tuning Superconductivity in ABO3 Type Multiferroic Nanocrystals
Abstract: We present a suitable ways for tuning superconductivity in type multiferroics nanocrystals. It is seen that as a smart materials, multiferroics nanocrystals present distinguishing properties including ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity, ferrotoroids, magneto electrics and ferromagnetism. The reasons for the existence of multiferroicity are interactions of photons with these analytic molecules, electron doping and crispr, which adds or alters the electronic, optical and magnetic properties dramatically.
