Abstract

Nanotechnology is responsible for the enhancement of the efficiency and energy production of the Renewable Energy Generation Technologies. It has helped in drastically reducing the size and cost of the technologies. This review is based on the applications of Nanotechnology in Solar PV Panels. The main aim of this review paper is to discuss about the incorporation of NEMS and MEMS in Solar Photovoltaic cells and how these can improve the performance, efficiency, and energy production of the same. These can be used along with the conventional technologies and prove to be of a great advantage.
