Abstract

The concept of eco-friendly interiors integrates sustainable design principles to create environments that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally responsible. This research investigates the impact of eco-friendly interior design on user experience in the Amity canteen. By integrating sustainable materials, energy-efficient solutions, and biophilic design principles, the study aims to create an environmentally responsible and aesthetically pleasing dining space. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and observations, to assess user satisfaction and preferences. The findings indicate that eco-friendly interiors significantly enhance user experience by promoting comfort, improving air quality, and fostering a connection with nature. The study concludes with recommendations for implementing sustainable design strategies in the canteen, demonstrating how eco-friendly interiors can contribute to a healthier, more enjoyable dining environment while supporting sustainability goals.
