Article on Density Functional Theory Simulation: A Review
Abstract: Density Functional Theory (DFT) is a powerful computational approach in quantum mechanics, widely utilized for studying the electronic structure of atoms, molecules, and solids. It treats electron density as the central quantity, bypassing the complexities of solving the Schrödinger equation for individual electrons. The Hohenberg-Kohn theorem establishes that a system's ground-state energy uniquely depends on its electron density, facilitating a focus on this fundamental property. In DFT, the total energy …

Review on Gold Nanoparticles and Their Applications
Abstract: Gold nanoparticles are attention because of the outstanding properties (e.g., size and shape depending optical, electrical, and magnetic properties) which can be included into antimicrobial applications, biosensor materials, composite fibers, cryogenic superconducting materials, cosmetic products, and electronic components The properties of Au NPs are different from their bulk form due to the increased surface-to volume ratio determined by the assembly of the Au NPs and the inter-particle interaction. This review …

Synthesis and Characterization of Poly(etherdiphenylene terephthalamide)-Metal Complexes in Heterogeneous Medium
Abstract: Condensation of terephthalic acid and 4,4ʹ-diaminodiphenyl ether resulted in aminoterminated oligomeric poly(etherdiphenylene terephthalamide) (PODTA) using phosphorylation technique. Schiff base complexes of this polyamide were synthesized with salicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde complexes of Co(II),Ni(II) and Cu(II). All the synthesized polyamide as well as Schiff’s base complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measurements. Thermal stabilities of ligand and its various complexes were compared by thermogravimetric analysis. While, Co(II) …

Identification of significant parameters for the production of Jatropha biodiesel using preliminary experimentation
Abstract: The current research work is on Jatropha biodiesel for finding the significant parameters in optimum biodiesel yield. The one factor at a time approach is applied in the esterification. The trans-esterification reaction is used by mixing of Jatropha oil and ethanol in the presence of catalyst KOH. After some time two products are formed a Jatropha biodiesel and a glycerin. The density of glycerin is more as compared to biodiesel. …

Mayer–Rokitansky–Kuster–Hauser Syndrome: Case Report
Abstract: Mayer–Rokitansky–Kuster–Hauser syndrome (MRKH) or vaginal agenesis or Mullerian agenesis is a congenital malformation characterized by a failure of the Müllerian duct to develop, resulting in a missing uterus and variable degrees of vaginal hypoplasia of its upper portion. Müllerian agenesis (including absence of the uterus, cervix, and/or vagina) is the cause in 15% of cases of primary amenorrhoea. Affected patients usually have normal ovarian function, but present with primary amenorrhea …
